Monster skills
The monster summons Fenumal Pus Arachnid and Fenumal Virulent Arachnid.
Usage
Using a Fenumal Plagued Arachnid to split an item will result in the Split tag being added to both items, preventing them from being split further. Aside from this restriction, Split items can be crafted normally.
Beastcrafting Recipe: Split an Item Into Two, With Half the Mods on Each Item
Mechanics
- Splitting a rare item into two can turn one or both copies into a magic item depending on the remaining mod count. The resulting items keep the quality, number of sockets, colour of the sockets and socket links of the original item.
- Does not work on influenced items, fractured items, synthesised items, unique items, mirrored items, corrupted items (including Breach RingBreach RingProperties are doubled while in a BreachCorrupted, Talismans, etc), items with catalyst quality, or items with enchantments, and items with the Split modifier.
- For example, Shaper/Elder-influenced Stygian ViseStygian ViseHas 1 Abyssal Socket cannot be duplicated.
- It is possible to split items with Eldritch implicit modifiers (i.e. Searing Exarch or Eater of Worlds implicits) as they are not considered influenced. However, the Eldritch implicits will be split as well.
- Items with legacy implicit mod can be used.
- For example, certain basetypes that have the implicit mod replaced, such as Assassin BowAssassin BowBow
Physical Damage: 43-130
Critical Strike Chance: 6.70%
Attacks per Second: 1.25Requires Level 62, 212 Dex+(15-25)% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier, Ornate SwordOrnate SwordTwo Hand Sword
Physical Damage: 30-50
Critical Strike Chance: 5.00%
Attacks per Second: 1.40
Weapon Range: 1.3 metresRequires Level 27, 45 Str, 54 Dex+185 to Accuracy Rating, etc. can be used.

The imprint can't be applied to Fractured ItemsRight click this item then left click on an item to create an imprint. This imprint can later be used to restore this specific item to that imprinted state. cannot be used to revert a Split modifier item to a state without the Split tag. An item that has the Split tag can still be imprinted and restored to a state after gaining the Split tag.- Split beasts were previously used to duplicate copies of items with Incursion mods, Delve mods, Warband mods, or legacy explicit mods (non-influenced only) that are now difficult or impossible to obtain, as imprints used to work on one of the split copies, sometimes referred to as a "master" copy, providing a 50% chance to continue duplicating new bases. After the changes in version 3.14.0 to how the split items work and the introduction of the Split tag, it is no longer possible to make infinite copies of these items as split bases cannot be restored to their "master copy".
- For split Blueprints (an item for opening a portal to a grand heist), the layout and reward icons of the grand heist is not affected. The rooms only need to be revealed again by spending Rogue MarkersRogue's MarkerStack Size: 50000Creates a portal to the Rogue Harbour from a Town or Hideout

Item acquisition
According to a datamined list, the minimum Map level required to capture a Fenumal Plagued Arachnid was map Level 70 (during Bestiary league).[1]
Since this beast is from The Caverns family, the chance of spawning this beast could be boosted by Fenumal LureFenumal LureArea contains Einhar
Area contains 4 additional Red Beasts from The Caverns
Cannot be used alongside a Bestiary ScarabCan be used in a personal Map Device to add modifiers to a Map., but lures no longer drop after 3.19. Alternatively, atlas passive skill The Hunt for Fenumus can boost the chance to acquire beasts from The Caverns family.
Classification
In Bestiary, the classification of Fenumal Plagued Arachnid is as follows:
- Genus: Spiders
- Group: Arachnids
- Family: The Caverns
The beast is placed in the cage named "Disease-bearing arachnids" in the Menagerie Caverns, along with Plagued Arachnid and Diseased Arachnid. The latter is not capturable anymore.
