Devourer is an animal that hides underground and pops up unpredictably before attacking. This makes encounters with devourers very dangerous, they are invisible until they pop up and immediately attack, dealing quite heavy damage. When they are out of the ground, they can't move, but will shoot projectiles. If the player moves too far, they return underground and appear unpredictably again. They always pop up to attack in melee and will not target minions.

Outside maps, devourers do not appear in packs, usually only a single devourer appears. In maps, they are far more dreaded, because a group of them can appear all around the player with no warning, surrounding the poor exile and dealing heavy melee damage (Cast when Damage Taken SupportCast when Damage Taken SupportSupport, Spell, Trigger
