Mirrored is a special modifier that may appear on items from strongboxes with the of Kalandraof Kalandra

Regular mirrored items always have stats and modifiers identical to the original item, and 2D art which has been flipped horizontally.

Mirrored items could also be found from the Reflecting Mist in the Lake of Kalandra, with explicit modifiers with greater modifier values of a positive or negative amount.

Items with this modifier cannot be altered in any way except through the use of currency items that explicitly affect mirrored items, such as Reflective OilReflective OilStack Size: 10
Oil Tier: 0
Can be combined with other oils at Cassia to enchant mirrored rings, amulets or blighted maps.

Trivia

It may be implied that Unique items obtained by players are actually Mirrored versions of the original items, and why Unique items cannot be mirrored. Former developer, Qarl, said that Hyrri has the original Hyrri's IreHyrri's Ire
