The Depraved Trinity is the final boss of Act 9, located in The Rotting Core.
It's the combined power of the three lieutenants of Malachai: Doedre, Maligaro, and Shavronne. The boss sometimes applies ground effects that inflict Effluent debuffs (red and purple).
Abilities
| Skill | Effect |

| Slam | Used when the boss initally enters the arena. |
| Cleave | Melee attack. |
| Storm Call | Lightning spell which creates lines of small area of effect explosions. |
| Blood Projectiles | Depraved Trinity fires several mortar projectiles that deal damage on hit, then explode a few seconds later. |
| Bladefall | Purple Bladefall skill that deals physical and chaos damage. |
| Purple Sludge | A spell projectile that explodes on impact with a large area of effect, and leaves a purple effluent pool on the ground. |
| Red Sludge | A spell projectile that explodes on impact with a large area of effect, and leaves a red effluent pool on the ground. |
| Ball Lightning | Depraved Trinity channels and throws a large red Ball Lightning, which will linger for 30 seconds and limits movement on the arena. |
| Debuff | Description |
|---|---|
| Purple Effluent | You are 7% slower for each stack of Purple Effluent. |
| Red Effluent | You are taking 10% increased damage for each stack of Red Effluent. |
At 75%, 50% and 25% health Depraved Trinity will leave the arena and summon six Unholy Aberrations.
