Note that the basetype was called "Dirk". The pic shown the item has 50% increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells, while the known post-0.10.0 version has the mod value (80-100)%. Therefore, it is not certain that the patch notes claimed the item was nerfed (instead of buff) during closed beta, refer to what numeric value or actually a typo or not. Lastly, GGG has adjusted most unique items in 0.10.0 patch (the start of open beta), but that patch note also not documented any specific changes. Therefore, it is not able to determine the actual implementation date of (80-100)% increased Critical (up from 50%).
