Mechanics

The Inner Conviction mod has the same effect as the keystone, Inner Conviction. Taking the keystone in addition to equipping this item will impart no additional benefit.

Gain a Power Charge for each Enemy you hit with a Critical Strike can grant multiple Power Charges per attack or cast, unlike other sources of Power Charge on Crit (which are limited to one per attack or cast) due to specifying "for each enemy hit".

Voll's Protector can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Voll's Protector belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods.
