Sentinel is an expansion of the game. The main content of this patch is Sentinel temporary challenge league, as well as the overhaul of monster modifiers by introducing the Archnemesis modifier of the last league into core. At the same time Nemesis and Bloodlines monster modifiers are retired. Other new content including 7 new Uber pinnacle boss fights: the Uber-Uber Elder, Uber Shaper, Uber Maven, Uber Sirus, Uber Eater of Worlds, Uber The Searing Exarch, Uber CortexCortex
