Mechanics

• Dominant: Whichever of the Searing Exarch or Eater of Worlds modifier is of a higher tier (in other words, from a stronger Eldritch Ember/Ichor) is considered dominant e.g. Perfect is stronger than Exquisite, etc. If both mods are of the same tier (e.g. both mods are Exceptional tier), neither are dominant.

Item acquisition

Eldritch Chaos Orb has restrictions on where or how it can drop. Can drop from monsters spawned by Searing Exarch or Eater of Worlds influence, or from the Eldritch Horrors.
