Mechanics

Searing Exarch Eldritch Altars will have a chance to have two Upsides instead of one. If the Altar has two Upsides, its Downside is doubled.

As of version 3.18.0 it is located at the left of the atlas passive skill tree, in the "Searing Exarch" wheel.
