Kurai, the Administrator is one of the Rogues in The Rogue Harbour. She can also be found in the Lioneye's Watch (Act 6), if the player haven't start the The Rogue Harbour quest yet.

The player character cannot hire Kurai in normal Heists and Grand Heists. However, Kurai appears in a questline of her own, starting with Contract: The NegotiationContract: The NegotiationClient: Kurai

Requires Kurai, the Administrator"An unusual request." right up to . In the final contract, Kurai gets into a confrontation with Vinny Vox and Vic Vox who are slain by the player.

She has a hidden level 5 Lockpicking skill. However, players cannot gear up Kurai, nor can they employ her to run regular contracts.

Kurai became involved with the Vox family over the 16x16px"O' Eternal""O' Eternal""A symbolic piece of history,
from a time when people of all backgrounds
united against a common enemy."File:"O' Eternal" inventory icon.png, a first-edition book written by Victario the "People's Poet", who was a legendary poet of the Eternal Empire and a warrior in the Purity Rebellion. The book was in the Vox family possession for decades. Kurai drafted a contract to steal the book for a client, and the player fulfilled the contract. Vic Vox found out and demanded that Kurai give her the head of the player as compensation. Kurai refuses, and Vic Vox declares war on her. He kidnaps her cat Hana in revenge, and eventually kills the cat. In the final contract , Kurai and the player defeats both Vic Vox and Vinny Vox in a battle.
