The Nameless Seer is a NPC who has a chance to appear in tier 16 and 17 maps. He will always offer one free uniqueitem from a selection. His selection of unique items are biased towards rarer items. His items are not influenced by item rarity or item quantity modifiers and only scale with area level.
In addition, in tier 16 maps, the Nameless Seer can Scry a Map. Scrying a Map allows you to swap the Divination Cards typically dropped in the current Map to another Map on your Atlas. A specific Map cannot be in multiple swaps at the same time.
Version history
Nameless Seer appeared randomly in the Viridian Wildwood in the Affliction league; he also removed any currently owned wisps after trading. He could also appear when killing a monster pack with the Final Pack spawns the Nameless Seer on DeathDevoted modifier in the Necropolis league.
