The Breaker of Oaths is an Azmeri Wanderer NPC that allows players to specialize into the "Warlock of the Mists" Wildwood ascendancy class, as well as purchase special corpse items for Wild Wisps.
During Affliction league, he could randomly be encountered in the Viridian Wildwood.
