Queen Hyrri Ngamaku is a boss and the general of the Karui legion, frozen in stasis in a timeless conflict with other Legions.

She can be encountered in a Legion encounter in maps or in Hall of Legends present day Incursion room, or by using Timeless Karui EmblemTimeless Karui EmblemPlace two or more different Emblems in a Map Device to access the Domain of Timeless Conflict. Lore

Hyrri was the niece of King Kaom of the Karui. During Kaom's reign, he was called upon by Voll to lay seige to General Lioneye and his Gemling Legion at Lioneye's Watch to support the Purity Rebellion. Kaom knew that without gems, his forces would be no match for Marceus Lioneye and his Gemling Legion, especially when a Karui tradition (known as tavukai) forbade men from fighting with projectiles of any kind. However, he realized the tradition did not apply to women, and sent Hyrri to Thebrus to be trained archery by Voll's finest tutors. She and a band of other Karui women became skilled archers.

During Kaom's siege on Lioneye's Watch, Kaom faked a retreat to draw Lioneye's forces out of their fortifications for Hyrri and her band of female archers to ambush Lioneye, creating a decisive victory for Kaom. Following Kaom's corruption by Nightmare, Hyrri guided the remaining five hundred Karui families back to their home of Ngamakanui. She later became the queen and had a child with Victario. Then, at some point, she took an army to deal with an unknown threat on the edge of Ngamakanui and mysteriously vanished. She was succeeded by her daughter, Ahuana.

In the current day, she may be encountered via the Legion mechanic as well as in the Domain of Timeless Conflict. The Karui in the afterlife are curious and disturbed by her absence and will unlock new dialogue about her after encountering her in the Domain of Timeless Conflict.
