Mechanics

Brutal Restraint adds +2 Dexterity to travel passives (+10 to Dexterity/Intelligence/Strength), +4 Dexterity to all other small passives and adds random modifiers to notable passives. It transforms Keystone passives into exclusive Keystone passives not normally available to the passive skill tree.

• Characters are limited to 1 Historic jewel. All unique Timeless Jewel have the Historic mod.
• Conquered: Transformed passive skills cannot be further modified by other radius jewels such as Lioneye's FallLioneye's Fall
