Karst, the Lockpick is a NPC located in the Rogue Harbour. He is a rogue to hire for Lockpicking jobs in a Heist and Grand Heist.

Skills

Karst's unique heist Perks are:

  • 15% less raising of Alert Level from opening Reward Chests

Karst's skill are:

  • Lockpicking (Max Level 5)
  • Perception (Max Level 3)
  • Agility (Max Level 2)

Optimal Gear

The following lists the optimal gear setup, as well as mentioning the important mods that their equipment must have. This guide assumes that the rogue is level 5 (have at least one skill at level 5).

The following gear illustrates the "perfect roll" mods and are extremely hard to craft, but even lower rolls are fine for general usage.
