Hypothermia is a support gem that grants supported skill gems more damage with hits and ailments against chilled enemies, more cold damage over time against chilled enemies, and a chance to freeze enemies that are already chilled.

Skill functions and interactions

Hypothermia only works with hits, damaging ailments, and cold damage over time. This excludes non-ailment damage over time effects from skills like Scorching RayScorching RaySpell, Fire, Duration, Channelling
