Culling Strike is a support gem. If an enemy is left with 10% life or less after getting hit by a skill supported by Culling Strike, they will be instantly slain.

Since degeneration and damage per second effects do not hit the enemy, culling Strike will not be triggered as a result of degeneration.

Culling strike affects Rare, Unique and Act Bosses but does not affect the final phase of Uber Elder, and possibly other phased boss encounters.
