Arcane Surge Support is a support gem that grants the Arcane Surgebuff when the total mana spent reaches a threshold, and provides additional damage while having Arcane Surge.
Interaction with Totem, Trap, & Mine Skills: Spending mana by placing a totem, trap, or mine will not go towards gaining the Arcane Surge buff. Totems, traps, and mines that cast the skill also do not go towards gaining the buff.
Duration: Increases and reductions to duration will apply to the duration of the buff. Eldritch Battery and Blood Magic: The buff will only activate if mana is spent. Spending Energy Shield or Life for the supported skill will not activate the buff.
Elreon's Signature Mod: If used with a skill such that the total mana cost of the skill is zero or less, it will not count as spending mana towards the Arcane Surge, and will never activate it.

When equipped on multiple skills, the Arcane Surge Grants buffs are applied globally. The More Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge modifier is applied locally, and thus each support gem can have a different level (and therefore, different damage multiplier).

Arcane Surge: Supported Skills now deal 14-35% more Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge at gem levels 1-20 (previously 10-25%). Arcane Surge now grants 30% increased Mana Regeneration rate and 20% increased Cast Speed at all gem levels (previously 30-58% and 10-20% at gem levels 1-20 respectively).
No longer causes Arcane Surge to grant more Spell Damage. Instead, it now causes Arcane Surge to grant 10% increased Cast Speed at gem level 1, scaling up to 20% at gem level 20.
Supported Skills also now deal 10% more Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 25% at gem level 20 (previously 19%).
