Skill function and interactions

Enhance is a drop-only gem that doesn't have any effect at level one and has a level cap of 3. The required experience to reach level 3 is considerably greater than normal gems. Its level cap can be exceeded the same way as other gems.

Enhance only affects skill gems, meaning skills granted from items can't be supported by it.
