Skill functions and interactions

The rarity bonus from this gem applies to enemies killed by damage over time effects.

The degeneration effect that is first applied to a monster is responsible for its death. So, if Item Rarity is used with multiple sources of damage over time (like Essence DrainEssence DrainSpell, Projectile, Duration, Chaos, AoE
