This is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Active Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.

Endurance Charge on Melee Stun is a support gem. When an enemy is stunned by a linked melee skill, the character will gain an endurance charge. Supported skills also deal more damage per endurance charge and has reduced enemy stun threshold. Only supported skills are affected by the more damage multiplier. Despite stating "supports melee attack skills", the gem does support and provide more damage to skills with both melee and bow gem tags when used by bows, such as

AoE Radius: 10Requires Level 12Each attack with this skill will choose an element at random, and will only be able to deal damage of that element. If the attack hits an enemy, it will also deal damage in an area around them, with the radius being larger if that enemy is suffering from an ailment of the chosen element.
