Modifiers

The mods Nearby Enemies grant 25% increased Flask Charges and Monster gives 25% increased Flask Charges on death (Hidden) are from the same mod . The former is a display text only and the latter is the actual mod for the item aura. Nearby Enemies only gives 25% increased Flask Charges on death, not 50%.
