Primeval Chamber is a type of Azurite Mine (Delve) node that spawns in Primeval Ruins biome.

The node can be re-visited, however, player cannot revisit the room below (which is also known as "Primeval Chamber" and "City Chamber" in in-game tooltips). The door to the room below is tied to the first visited instance only.

From the room below, the exit is stated the ground level is known as "Primeval Fortress", a name shared with The Crystal King's Throne.

Loot room

The room is also similar to Ruined Chamber nodes (from Vaal Outpost biome) with light pads that need to be stood on for a few seconds to clear the monsters as well as turn the lights on for a moment.

Number of chest spawns is random, up to 12+.
