If the enemy is frozen and is on less than one third life, they will shatter when hit with Glacial Hammer. Every third hit is more likely to freeze enemies. Requires a mace, staff or sceptre.
Shatter: Unique enemies that are Frozen will not shatter at one-third of maximum life.
Successive strikes: Strikes must be consecutive to benefit from the third strike bonus; any other non-instant action that interrupts your attacks or walking for over approximately 2 seconds will reset the counter.
