Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version does not increase the duration or effect of cold ailments and does not have a chance to apply Freeze. It no longer provides an enhanced freeze on every third hit; instead, the third hit is always a critical strike. Gem quality grants critical strike multiplier instead.
