  Additional Effects From 1-20% Quality:
  Supported Skills have (0.5-10)% increased Chaining rangeThis is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it.   • Every time Arc chains, a secondary Arc is created that hits an additional nearby enemy. This secondary Arc cannot chain further.
  • Arc remembers the last two enemies hit by the main Arc, and will not hit these enemies again. This means at least 3 enemies are required before the main Arc can hit the same enemy twice.
• The lucky buff from Vaal Arc only affects Arc's hit damage and not ailments.

3.23.0	Now has a base Critical Strike Chance of 6% (previously 5%). It no longer has 10% chance to Shock enemies, or provides 10-29% increased Effect of Lightning Ailments. It now has 15% more Damage with Hits and Ailments for each remaining Chain at all gem levels (previously more Damage for each remaining Chain). Quality now causes the skill to Chain +0-1 Times, instead of providing a 0-10% chance to Shock enemies.
