Since Cameria's Maul has a legacy variant (item with legacy 40(45)% increased Stun Duration on Enemies[a] implicit), Cameria's Avarice carried over the legacy mod when doing the fated prophecy (until the prophecy mechanic is removed in version 3.17.0). However, this is considered as a quasi-legacy version, as Cameria's Avarice is released after the change in the implicit so that it can only able to do so in the permanent leagues, and apart from the legacy implicit, the item's explicit mods are identical with the current variant. As of version 3.19.0, Cameria's Avarice is no longer considered to be a fated unique item. Instead, it can be acquired using a vendor recipe.
Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content.
Fated Unique Items not mentioned explicitly in the version 3.17.0 patch notes now have a chance to drop from any endgame map boss. This is a temporary measure to maintain their availability. They will be moved to a new acquisition system in a future expansion.
