Wand
Wands is an item class of one-handed ranged weapons that require intelligence, have a very high base critical strike chance, low base physical damage. While wands are more obviously suited for spells, they can be used and crafted for attacks.
Wands may be dual wielded or equipped with a shield, but cannot be equipped alongside other one-handed weapons such as sceptres or rune daggers.
