3.27.0	The Piscator's Vigil Unique Wand is now found on the Kinetic Wand base type (previously Imbued Wand). Imbued Wand base type can no longer be obtained, existing items are not affected by this change.
3.21.0	Piscator's Vigil is now an Imbued Wand (previously Tornado Wand). Newly dropped Tornado Wand has received a new implicit modifier
3.6.3b	Fixed a bug where the "No Physical Damage" modifier didn't prevent Physical Damage on the item if Quality exceeded 20%.

2.6.0	Base type damage increased to 21-62 (up from 17-52). Base type critical strike chance reduced to 7% (down from 8%). The following changes cannot be obtained by rerolling the item's mods with a Divine Orb: Piscator's Vigil now has 5% Elemental Penetration with this weapon.
2.3.0	The implicits on Sceptres and Wands have been increased in value. Sceptres now also follow an increasing sequence of elemental damage similar to what wands have. The highest Wand implicit can go up to 42%.
