Fishing rods are a rare two-handed melee weapon class. There are no skills specifically pertaining to fishing rods. Not all skills that are described as working with "all melee weapons" work with fishing rods; this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Essences and fossils cannot be used on fishing rods. They can however have Aspects beastcrafted on them, and can gain corruption implicit modifiers and Tempering OrbTempering OrbStack Size: 20Adds or replaces an enchantment on a weapon
