A Stacked Deck is a currency item that can be used to gain one random divination card.
The chance of obtaining any divination card is determined using weighting based on normal drop weighting, but is much better. According to the card creator Noshei, this is comparable to Module Error: Item link: No results found for search parameter "The Gambler"., but has a significantly higher chance of rewarding higher end divination cards.[1]
Item acquisition
Stacked Decks are currency items that can be dropped by slain monsters, in any zone and at any level.
The decks can be acquired in some (former league only) mechanics such as Heist.
They may also be obtained when selling an item with a 
Gilded FossilGilded FossilStack Size: 10Item is overvalued by vendorsPlace in a Resonator to influence item crafting.

implicit to a vendor. The fossil add an implicit to the item , with 9 variants. Only ONE variant yield 3x Stacked Deck.
Unlike most other currency items, they are unobtainable from vendors otherwise.
