3.25.0	We've done a big shuffle of which Divination Cards can be found in each Map, which means most Maps drop fewer Divination Cards than before, but don't worry you can now see this information for yourself! Based on the in-game atlas, it changed to drop from Mausoleum Map (and other locations not on atlas), but not in Cells or Scriptorium Maps that features map bosses based on Shavronne.
