Version history

Until version 3.19.0, a set of the Transformation could be turned in for a random corrupted fated unique item with two corruption implicit modifiers.

3.23.0	Metamorph has been removed from the core game. The Transformation Divination Card can now be found in the Gardens, Haunted Mansion, Palace, Tower, and Underground Sea Maps, as well as the Death and Taxes, Hallowed Ground and Maelström of Chaos Unique Maps. Confirmed to be a boss card in several maps. [Verified on Divcord This information has been verified by players on Divcord, the divination card discovery Discord server. Actual undocumented changes to drop locations may have occurred in a previous patch.]
3.20.0	The Transformation Divination Card has been re-enabled, and now awards a Tainted Mythic Orb.
