Hunter's Exalted Orb is a currency item that can be used to enhance a piece of non-influenced rare equipment with Hunter influence and a new Hunter affix mod. (Prefix: Hunter's, Suffix: of the Hunt.)

Mechanics

Cannot be used on influenced items, synthesised items, fractured items, or items with eldritch implicit modifiers.
