Version history

Before the removal of the prophecy system in version 3.17.0, a set of Akil's Prophecy could be turned in for a random sealed prophecy that involved upgrading a unique item to its fated form. During the phasing out period of fated unique items from version 3.17.0 until version 3.19.0, a set could be turned in for a random fated unique item.

Actual undocumented changes to drop locations may have occurred in a previous patch.]
3.20.0	The Akil's Prophecy Divination Card has been re-enabled, and now awards a Double Corrupted Unique Elegant Round ShieldElegant Round ShieldChance to Block: 25% Armour: (148-170) Evasion: (148-170) Movement Speed: -3%Requires Level 70, 85 Str, 85 Dex120% increased Block Recovery. This card can now be found in the Temple of Atzoatl.
3.19.0	The A Note in the Wind, Akil's Prophecy, The Mad King, The Transformation, and Vile Power Divination Cards have been temporarily disabled, and existing cards cannot be turned in currently.
3.17.0	We have updated some Divination Cards that previously awarded Sealed Prophecies, and temporarily disabled others that did not have a relevant update that could be made. Turning in a full stack of Akil's Prophecy now awards a Fated Unique Item. (Previously a random sealed prophecy that entails upgrading a unique item into its fated version)
