Item acquisition
The Lich can drops from Xixic, High Necromancer, the boss of Bone Crypt Map. However, some watchstone and unique map modifiers, as well as some other source of divination card, may bypass this restriction.
The card was able to drop from Sawbones, the unique boss of The Upper Prison. However, according to datamining, apparently the game developer has added a drop level floor of this card (30), which the Act 1 area apparently too low level to drop this card.
