Lore

Titucius was a gemling, according to Path of Exile: Origins, despite it is not as powerful as the Gemling Legionnaires which they are made after Titucius having the surgery to insert gem in his body.

In both Path of Exile: Origins and The Purity Chronicles, Titucius was slayed and skinned as a hide for Sekhema Deshret's saddle.

In unknown point of time, Titucius was reanimated, where the player character encountered reanimated Titucius in the Part 2 of the storyline of Path of Exile].
