Primeval Chamber is a type of Azurite Mine (Delve) node that spawns in Primeval Ruins biome.

The node can be re-visited, however, player cannot revisit the room below (which is also known as "Primeval Chamber" but as "City Chamber" in in-game tooltip). The door to the room below is tied to the first visited instance only.

From the room below, the exit is stated the ground level is known as "Primeval Fortress", a name that shares with The Crystal King's Throne.

Room below the surface level

The room is also similar to Ruined Chamber (from Vaal Outpost biome) Delve nodes with light pads (which is the same as the Primeval Power SourcePrimeval Power SourceHideout ItemCreates an object in your hideout hideout decoration) that need to be stood on for a few seconds to clear the monsters as well as lid the area.

It appears to be a great place to obtain maps due to the possibility for Abandoned Charts chests and can contain 3 or more of these chests in the area.
