Because of the inability for Hexblast to cast without a valid target, this greatly improves the ability to set up damage on bosses by pre-stacking mines without accidentally triggering them.
The combination of mines auto-targeting enemies and Hexblast having a smart targeting system reduces the need to aim precisely and ensures no uses of the skill are wasted.

It now deals 111 to 166 Chaos Damage at gem level 1 (previously 102 to 153), scaling up to 1514 to 2271 at gem level 20 (previously 1397 to 2096).
