Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has a higher critical strike chance, shorter cast time, lower cost, and lower damage and damage effectiveness. It also becomes significantly simpler, losing all of its gimmicks related to ailments, resistances, and curses, except doing area damage when the initial hit hits a hexed target.
