Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has a higher critical strike chance, shorter cast time, lower cost, smaller area of effect, and lower base damage but higher damage effectiveness. It also becomes significantly simpler, losing all of its gimmicks related to ailments, resistances, and curses, except doing area damage when the initial hit hits a hexed target. It also no longer has a cooldown.
