Sapped is an Elemental Ailment associated with lightning that causes the affected targets to deal up to 20% less damage, based on the amount of Lightning Damage in the hit,[1] for 4 seconds.
Mechanics
Sapped's magnitude is given by the formula: (100/3) * (Damage / ailment threshold)^0.4.[2]
Sapped with a base effect lower than 2% is discarded. Sapped inflicted through means other than hit damage has a base effect of 6%
