Eye of the Storm is the name of the map area of Sirus, Awakener of Worlds. Defeat the 4 Conquerors and obtain their respective Crest (map fragments) to open portals to this area.

The area level is 84. Using five Awakening FragmentsAwakening FragmentThe Eye of the Storm is level 85
Sirus' full power is unleashed in The Eye of the StormAgony born of ennui.
Hate born of love.Use five of these in a personal Map Device to open Portals to The Eye of the Storm. Can only be used once. opens a harder instance of the boss fight at area level 85 with increased difficulty.

Unlike The Elder and The Shaper encounters, Zana does not provide assistance in the boss fight.

There are some friendly Oriath citizens wandering in the arena, who often die to Sirus attacks.

Layout

The area is divided into 3 sub-areas. The first sub-area is similar to The Cathedral Rooftop (Act 10) and the second sub-area is identical to The Templar Laboratory. The final sub-area is almost identical to the Epilogue town Oriath; all combat happens in this arena.

One notable difference from the town version of Oriath is that (As of Patch 3.9.1) the stair section of the area has been modified - The pillar-like structure has been destroyed, and the player character can walk though the debris.

Deatomization Storms

Your integral anatomical structure is being ripped apart until you die.

The boss arena of the map is full of Deatomization Storms as environmental hazards. The storms move in a fixed pattern; moving near a storm may cause it to move away from you. Upon entering a certain distance from the storm, the storms apply debuffs. The boss also casts a storm at the end of each quarter-health of his first phase. During the boss fight, there is a visible circle to mark a combat area; storms will be pushed out of the area if they are nearby. If the player walk out of the combat area, Sirus also terminates the boss phase and casts an additional storm where he was standing.

3.20.0	We've changed these visuals so you can still tell where the edge of the arena is after a Deatomization Storm has passed over the decorations.
3.10.1d	Sirus, Awakener of Worlds will now be more aware of where Deatomisation Storms are and will no longer cast his Meteor or Corridor skills if he is near one.
3.9.2	The Awakener has been decreased to level 81 from 84 at Awakening levels 1 to 5, increasing by one for each additional Awakening level. He is still level 84 at Awakening level 8, and this only affects the item levels of his drops. Prevented the storms in The Awakener fight from being able to occupy the space near the arena entrance, so you no longer can enter and be inside a storm. Changed the behaviour of the storms so they no longer pursue the player or their minions. Instead they more organically maneuver the arena in a way that should cause more openings to travel around freely while still applying some limitation.
3.9.1	The final Conqueror of the Atlas no longer has blocking during their Meteor Maze ability, so they cannot prevent you from escaping the Maze.
