The Refinery is an area in Act 9. This area does not have a waypoint and is connected to The Quarry.

The area contains an underground bunker accessible by clicking an interactable grate. Contains a miniature version of the Contract: TunnelsContract: TunnelsGive this Contract to Adiyah in the Rogue Harbour to embark on the Heist. Heist encounter and a crafting recipe.

The area has a crafting recipe for the crafted modifier Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill, with a 8 second Cooldown. Spells Triggered this way have 150% more Cost in a hidden room. The room can be accessed by clicking a sewer grate called Refinery Tunnels. The door icon will not appear until the sewer grate is clicked.

This mod is no longer acquirable as a veil mod. Similar mod can be found in the Toxic Grove incursion room, however.
