Aspect of the Avian is an aspect skill that grants two buffs alternating every 4 seconds with each other with a cost of 25% mana reserved. The first buff grants your and your minions chance to deal double damage, and the second buff grants increased movement speed to you and your minions. The game will track the time remaining for each buff and resume counting upon reactivation (for example, you cannot rapidly toggle the skill, remove/re-equip the gem, or cycle equipment to spend more time in one buff than allotted).
