Necromancer's Excavation is an Azurite Mine node. It can spawns in two biomes only: Abyssal Depths or Fungal Caverns. It may contains generic loot as stated in the node description, or more valuable loot such as Contains Minion or Aura Items, which are aura or minion related unique, fossil, and most importantly, rare rarity item with Delve drop-only mod.
The boss of this node is Diabolic Whisperer, a unique necromancer.
The node is identical to Grim Copse, which can be found in Petrified Forest.
