In [[Siege of the Atlas]], each Pinnacle Boss drops a quest item called a [[Voidstone]] upon defeating them for the first time. These can be used in your map device to increase the baseline tier of maps on the [[Atlas of Worlds]], up to a maximum of between 14 to 16.

All pinnacle bosses except for the regular Elder encounter have an "Uber" variant that can be accessed with Uber fragments obtained from tier 17 maps. These variants have area level 85, introduce new mechanics, and the encounters are significantly harder in exchange for new and improved rewards.
