Thief's Trinket is a trinket. They can only be found in the Curio Display of a Grand Heist in a Blueprint: Smuggler's Den or Blueprint: Underbelly.
In order to equip it, players need to run a Smuggler's Den or Underbelly Grand Heist, and click on The Catch sculpture next to the Curio Displays. Thief's Trinkets given as Curio Display rewards will always be corrupted rare, and will always have at least 3 modifiers. They have a maximum of 4 affixes; 2 prefixes, and 2 suffixes.
Strategy
Global Modifiers
The vast majority of possible modifiers apply exclusively to Heist, with the exception of two prefix modifiers:
- Monsters have X% chance to Duplicate dropped Rogue's Marker
- Smuggler's Cache's have X% chance to Duplicate contained Rogue's Markers
A Thief's Trinket with either one or both of these modifiers will provide the most benefit when running content outside of The Rogue Harbour. Used as Currency for services in the Rogue HarbourRight click on this item while in a Town or Hideout to use it., nor can Smuggler's Caches spawn, these modifiers will provide no benefit while running Heist content.
Heist Specific Modifiers
Most prefix modifiers allow for the upgrading of basic currency items into scarcer and more desirable orbs while in Heists, as well as a few wildcard modifiers that apply more generic benefits. Most suffix modifiers grant a chance to add additional types of rewards to all chests opened while in Heist, with a few wildcard modifiers that apply more generic benefits. These additional rewards are able to spawn from any opened chests in Heist, including reward chests found in rooms, as well as small chests found in hallways. These rewards are also able to be doubled from sources such as Vinderi, the Dismantler or modifiers found on a Rogue's brooch.
Acquiring an excellent Thief's Trinket is difficult due to their spawning in only two types of blueprints, and the lack of ability to craft on them. However, if you are planning to spend any amount of time in Heist, even a mediocre trinket will provide tangible benefit.

Thief's Trinket has restrictions on where or how it can drop.
Thief's Trinket can be obtained from Curio Displays in the final reward rooms of any Grand Heist.
Vendor recipe
The 5 to 1 vendor recipe yields a random rare corrupted Thief's Trinket. The vendor offer is shown as a hidden item in the Sell screen, so that it is not possible to see which modifiers the resulting Thief's Trinket will have before committing to the sale.
