The Market Sewers were removed in Version 3.0.0 when all of the sewers were collapsed to one map
The Market Sewers was an optional area in Act 3. This area did not have a waypoint and was connected to The Marketplace.
Sarn's sewers are medium-sized rooms connected by narrow tunnels. The quest item
