Undying Grappler is a type of Undying found in the sewer themed areas of Act 3. A similar looking monster, called Shadow Lurker, with the same abilities can be found inside of The Lord's Labyrinth. The only map where Undying Grapplers are guaranteed to spawn is Sewer Map.

- Resists Chaos (0% N/10% C/20% M)
- Uses Flicker Strike
- Becomes Empowered when Nearby Kin are Slain
