The Market Sewers was an optional area in Act 3. This area did not have a waypoint and was connected to The Marketplace.

Sarn's sewers are medium-sized rooms connected by narrow tunnels. The quest item Bust of Marceus LioneyeBust of Marceus LioneyeThe Emperor honours Marceus Lioneye as Supreme Servant.
"The road to Glory is paved with Sacrifice." is in a stash at the center of a large square room.
